Patient FAQs are collections of physician submitted questions and answers. These are for sharing interactions between physicians and patients so that other physicians can learn and gain other perspectives from each other.

To see any patient questions for a specific chart, first search for a chart and click into its page. You’ll then want to click the “Patient FAQs” link under the “Download PDF” link:

This will open a modal that will show any patient questions that have been submitted by other physicians:

If you’d like to submit your own question, click “Add Question”. That will open a form with fields for “Question” and “Answer”.
